Processing & delivery
Orders are shipped within 14 days of purchase. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your label is created.
Shipping cost
Free standard shipping on orders over $50 — the discount is applied automatically at checkout, no code required. Orders under $50 are charged a standard shipping rate calculated at checkout based on your address.
Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you may be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
Lost, missing, or damaged packages
If tracking shows a problem, your order is marked delivered but didn't arrive, or it shows up damaged, please email contact@easilyergonomic.com within 30 days of the delivery date and we'll send a free replacement or full refund. See our Refunds & Replacements page for full details.
