Orders, pricing, and availability

• All prices are in USD and may change without notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if an item is out of stock, a price is listed incorrectly, or we suspect fraud.
• Promotional discount codes are limited to one use per customer unless stated otherwise.
• Free standard shipping is automatically applied to orders with a subtotal over $50 (before taxes and after any other discounts). Available on standard shipping only.

Shipping, refunds, and replacements

Intellectual property

The EasilyErgonomic name, logo, copy, and photography belong to us. You may not copy, resell, or republish them without our written permission.

Health disclaimer

Our products support comfortable, ergonomic work habits but are not medical devices. If you have a medical condition or persistent pain, please consult a qualified healthcare provider.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, EasilyErgonomic is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item the claim relates to.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
